Invoices show the quantities and costs of items that have been sold. In Studiobuddy, Invoices are raised when a student enrols in a timeblock, and when a retail item is sold.

Example Use Cases for Invoices

Invoices can be used for a variety of scenarios. For example, they can be used to charge students for:

• scheduled courses/lessons and privates
• a particular event, such as a photography shoot or expo
• retail products, e.g. pole grip, cap, T-shirt
• gift cards and vouchers.
