Depending on your business’ support agreement with us, your business may have their own support channel with us (using a variety of different services, e.g. Facebook, Slack, etc.). These support groups allow our staff and your business’ staff to all be included in any support discussion, removing the scenario of multiple different people asking the same question without knowing it, whilst also allowing the history of your business’ discussions with us to be searchable by other staff.
Whilst we may have a support group with your business, access to them are controlled by the business owner, not us. If you’re a staff member of a business using our platform, and unsure about whether your business has a dedicated support group just for you, please contact the business owner.
